For Maricha, the practice of yoga really begins when life becomes difficult. She has experienced this from an early age and, thanks to the concept of alchemy, she has learned to see every trial or event from a new angle, in order to bring out the power that lies dormant in all of us.
Passionate about the mysteries of anatomy and science, Hiba trained in osteopathy at CEESO Paris, aquatic osteopathy with Michel Dufresne D.O. and colonic irrigation at Centre Sophrène.
For several years now, she has had a growing interest in the yogic art of living, and in this spirit of discovery, she has graduated from the Organic Alchemy School in Vinyasa (200h) and Yin Yoga (50h).
Since 2020, in addition to her practice consultations, she has joined the teaching team at our school and shares her scientific, technical & holistic knowledge transversally at the crossroads of the arts of body and mind.
