This module is an immersion in a “yogic life”.
It’s part of our 200-hour yoga teacher training program, but can also be taken independently to begin (or deepen) a path of transformation through yoga.
It is suitable for all those who want to awaken their understanding of the yoga system. Importance is given to both philosophical and physical aspects. In particular, we experiment with 108 fundamental postures, which later enable us to achieve a degree of autonomy in our flows. Reflection brings out what lies dormant within us: clarifying intentions and thus pacifying the heart.
From morning to night, we nourish body and spirit to align our soul with its fullness. The quest is personal, the paths are many, and our renowned facilitators, Maricha Dumont and Ola Jas, will guide you to find the right balance that suits you and makes you radiant.
The aim of this initiatory journey is to fully reveal the magic within each of us.

By living this experience together, we take part in a group process, living outside our usual routines. It’s a life experience in its own right. Meetings and informal time are invaluable. These are spaces that can (re)give meaning to our quest for life.
These 11 days are intense and profound.
Motivation is the main entry criterion, and each body, as it is, helps us to study real-life cases of yoga application.
This path of transformation is the decision of the student – the saddhaka, the one who devotes himself to study and works towards its realization.
During this stay in the heart of nature, we recharge our batteries by connecting with what’s essential. The gîte offers every comfort, and the cuisine is rich, healthy and tasty.
All the conditions are in place to avoid distraction and enable you to work on yourself.
Ola opens up spaces of connection to joy and presence through yoga. With its creativity and intensity, it encourages authentic expression, in search of sensation and breath. In this way, she accompanies a distinctive personal transformation through organic fluidity and the intersection of different disciplines such as movement, dance and acroyoga.
For Maricha, the practice of yoga really begins when life becomes difficult. She has experienced this from an early age and, thanks to the concept of alchemy, she has learned to see every trial or event from a new angle, in order to bring out the power that lies dormant in all of us.
